‘Personhood’ measures failing across the country

In the last few days, ‘personhood’ measures have failed to get enough signatures to be added to ballots in Ohio and — this is breaking news — Oregon. Yet despite the fact that radical ‘personhood’ meaures have either failed to make it to ballots or, once they’ve gotten there, been defeated (most recently in Mississippi), they continue to be used as an anti-choice weapon.
